CJXZ高能智能压滤机是拥有给料过滤、无隔阂压榨过滤、吹干过滤三段段脱水流程的新型智能过滤设备，在长杰CJXA高能自动系列压滤机基础上，升级占有智能节造系统

CJXZ high performance intelligent filter press is a upgrade type of filtration equipment from CJXA with intelligent system, also with three-stage dewatering processes: feeding, diaphragmless pressing and dry-blowing. CJXZ can automatically adjust the pressing time and record the capacity and other parameters, reducing operating cost of the enterprise and manual participation.

过滤道理

1、给料过滤即依附渣浆泵的输送压力，使进入滤室的矿渣被滤布截留，形成滤饼；水透过滤布排除，实现固液分离；

2、压榨过滤是在给料过滤形成的疏松滤饼一侧施加压力，收缩其空地，排除空地中的水；

3、吹干过滤是选取介质高快穿过滤饼间歇，带走间歇水，进一步降低滤饼含水率。无论选取多大的压滤压榨滤饼，滤饼的间隙也不能齐全解除，因而，增长吹干过滤，用高压空气分钟透过滤饼间隙并带走滤饼间隙中的水分，是降低滤饼含水率的沉要伎俩。然而有效的预防吹干时压缩空气短路，却是能否实现有效吹干的关键，这是CJXA系列高能自动压滤机的怪异设计，也是其他压滤机不能有效吹干的关键。 （箱式和箱式隔阂压滤机选取中心孔进料方式，空气吹干短路，无法有效吹干）

Filter principle

1. The feed filtration is based on the delivery pressure of the slurry pump, so that the slag entering the filter chamber is trapped by the filter cloth to form a filter cake; the water is filtered through the filter cloth to achieve solid-liquid separation;

2. Press filtration is to press on the side of the porous filter cake formed by the feed filtration, shrinking the voids and eliminating the water in the voids;

3. Dry-blowing filtration uses high-speed compressed air to pass through the cake and remove intermittent water, further reducing the moisture content of the cake. Regardless of how much pressure is used to press the filter cake, the gap between the material particles cannot be completely eliminated. Therefore,the dry-blowing filtration , using high-pressure air to pass through the cake and remove moisture from the particles gap , is the important means to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake. However, effective prevention of short-circuit of compressed air during drying is the key to effective drying. Dry-blowing filtration is the unique design of the CJAH Series high-efficiency filter press. Other filters press cannot achieve filter cake to be blown dry effectively without dry-blowing filtration technology.(The box and box diaphragm filter press adopt the center hole feeding method, which will cause air short-circuited and cannot be blown dry.)

General configuration

可选配置

1、滤布诊断系统：实现滤布破损急剧诊断，实时更换滤布，预防物料泄露；

2、设备表表表包：可选用多种耐侵蚀材质包覆设备表表。

Optional configuration

1. Filter cloth diagnostic system: realize rapid diagnosis of filter cloth breakage, replace filter cloth in time to avoid material leakage;

2. Outsourcing of equipment surface: The surface of the equipment can be covered with a variety of corrosion-resistant materials.

技术特点

1、高机能：过滤铁精矿可实现滤饼含水率<6%，一样物料及过滤前提下，比箱式、箱式隔阂、板框压滤机滤饼含水率低5-8个百分点；

2、高产能：单台最大处置能力更大，一致过滤面积的产能弘远于箱式隔阂压滤机；

3、高智能：智能自主调整给料功夫、压榨功夫、过滤压力等过滤参数、自主当令纪录滤饼沉量、含水率、气压、电压、电流、电机转快、液压压力、工作温度等沉要参数，自动滤布再生，自主检测故障；

4、高适应性：设备在超过5000米海拔、分歧浓度、分歧磨细粒度的前提下均有利用，含水率实现行业最低。

Technology characteristics

1. High performance: Filtered iron concentrate cake can achieve moisture content <6%, Under the same material and filter conditions, the filter cake moisture content can be 5-8 % lower than that of box filter press, box diaphragm filter press and frame filter press;

2. High capacity: single daily processing capacity is larger, the production capacity of same filter area is much larger than that of the box diaphragm filter;

3. High intelligence: Intelligently adjust the filtering parameters such as feed time, press time, filtration pressure, etc.; Automatically record important parameters such as cake weight, moisture content, air pressure, voltage, current, motor speed, hydraulic pressure, working temperature, etc.; automatic filter cloth regeneration; automatic detection of faults; unattended;

4. High adaptability: The equipment has been applied under different conditions of over 5,000m altitude, different material concentrations and different grinding granularity, and the moisture content of filter cake can achieve the lowest in the industry.

适应物料领域

1、设备合用于矿山、冶炼、化工、食品、造药及环保等领域；

2、在相对较忧伤滤、物料成饼难题的物料过滤时选择使用，可使机能优势最大化，实现更低含水率，提高客户过滤品质；

3、工作环境温度5-90℃，建议使用浓度（质量比）≥20%。

Applicable material range

1.The equipment is suitable for mining, metallurgy, chemistry, food, pharmaceutical industry and environmental protection fields;

2.When used in materials which is relatively difficult to filter and form cakes, maximize performance benefits, achieve lower moisture content, and improve customer filtration quality;

3. Operating environment temperature is 5-90℃, the recommended concentration (mass ratio) is ≥ 20%.

该厂原选取大量的离心理过滤低浓度磷酸氢钙，水分高，单台产能极低，守护工作量大，且存在较大的安全隐患。后技改选取CJ系列压滤机取代吊栏离心理和平板离心理，实现低浓度、细粒级磷酸氢钙的一次性有效过滤回收，滤饼含水率≤20%，单台日产能432吨（蹬宗13台PGZ1250离心理产能）。

The Plant adopts massive centrifuges to filter low-concentrate calcium hydrophosphate, with high water content, extremely low production capacity of each single set, massive maintenance and great safety hidden trouble.  In the technical reform, the CJ series press filter replaced the suspending basket centrifuge and flat board centrifuge to efficiently filter and recycle the calcium hydrophosphate, with the filter cake moisture content of ≤20% and production capacity of each single set being equal to that of 13 sets of PGZ1250 centrifuges.

该厂原选取大量的离心理进行白肥的过滤，水分高，单台产能低，守护工作量大，且存在较大的安全隐患。技改选取CJ系列压滤机，滤饼含水率<28%，单台日产能336吨，解除了安全隐患，工人劳动强度也大幅降低。

该厂原选取两种设备处置铜精矿，原选取国际驰名立式压滤机9台及陶瓷过滤机2台，但立式压滤机故障率高，运维成本高达1200万/年；陶瓷过滤机含水率>15%,无法满足后续工艺要求。后技改陆续采购CJ系列压滤机，滤饼含水率9%，单台日产能达到800吨，运营守护成本大幅降低。

The Plant adopts two kinds of equipment to process copper concentrate, 9 sets of vertical press filter and 2 sets of ceramics filter, but fault rate of the vertical press filter is very high and the operation and maintenance cost is up to 12 million USD/year, the ceramics filter water content is>15%, which cannot meet the subsequent process requirements. In the technical reform, the CJ series press filter is purchased, with water content of 9%, daily production capacity of single set up to 800 tons and operation and maintenance costs much lowered.
